Hi Steve,
Once again, from myself, plus the other eleven MCSA members who took part in today’s climb of the Helderberg three North Peaks, thank you. Two botanical experts in the party, Dr Ivor Jardine and Lucille Krige, kept a watch for rare and endangered species and recorded whatever members of the Fynbos were in flower. Other party members kept a general look out. As soon as I have the various inputs I will put them together and pass the results on to you.
I would like to write to the managers of Lourensford to express our thanks. Can you please give me names and contact details.
Best regards
Dr P. Zoutendyk

Hello Stephan
You can imagine fresh romarin, pepper, a blend of mustard with olive oil and mint jelly, all this on your marvelous racks of lamb, rare as it should be, with a friend called TRILOGY from Warwich Wine Farm, and yes it was a perfection that will stay an unforgettable souvenir of SA. Thanks again for the great day we had with you.
Louis, Dominik and Sara from Canada.

Hi Stephan,
I would like to thank you again for your time, knowledge, advice, honey, hospitality and brilliant wet weather driving you laid on for me at such short notice, a few weeks back. Much appreciated... Keep well.
Kind Regards
Craig Cockcroft

Dear Steve;
Thank you so much for great tour for Ayana. I wish I could join the tour with Ayana. One of my dreams is to join Fynbos tour, of cause in spring time. I know, Ayana really enjoyed tour, because I got a mail form her. I’m sure Ayana will become one of leaders among young generation in our wine industry. I hope you’ll visit Japan near future. I’ll take you to Yamanashi where we have about 100 wineries including her family winery.
My best regards.
Motoko Ishii

Hi Steve
Thanks again for taking us on yesterday's most interesting tour. I attach the bird list which I have added to our previous four trips.... the results...(were) better than our last trip which was over the whole farm. We saw three new ones for our list (in bold)
Will be in contact later
John

Hallo
Herewith the itineary of the 3 visitors that we will receive from Gothenburg University. This group (Professor Sven Lindquist - Climatology, Professor Jimmy Stigh - Geology and Lektor Sandor Nemethy - Principal) are coming to South Africa to study the climate, soils and viticultural aspects of South Africa in purpose of the new wine education that recently started at Gothenburg University. They want to taste wines, meet winemakers and viticulturists that can explain the uniqueness or our winelands. They would like to see the vineyards and walk in the surroundings. Would be wonderful to explain the big role of biodiversity in South Africa to them as well.
Kind regards
